• Vendor/venue appointment bookings

• Vendor contract review

• Wedding planner present at vendor/venue appointments as needed

• Design & Styling collaboration, planning, and coordination

• Budget management/tracking

• Vendor logistical coordination and task management

• Up to 14 hours of assistance on the day of

• Planning meetings and continuous support during planning process with Certified Wedding Planner (either in person, by phone, or video chat

• Return floral and bakery rental items the following week

• Donate floral to a local assisted living facility or any other charity or non-profit of your choice
